Burke Painting uses the “Foreman” system. Each of our Foreman Painters manages a set crew of 2-3 painters, all of which are full-time employees. Crew members do not change throughout the job. The continuity of this system offers many advantages, for example, the crew is more productive and efficient as a team because they understand each other’s styles and skills. We also have a turnover rate of less than 10% a year with our crew members.
We are an approved applicator for all major manufacturers including Porter Paints, Sherwin Williams, Duron, ICI Glidden and MAB Paints.
